Tinson Training courses are enjoyable. Many clients say at the end that they didn't think that they were going to enjoy it but are often surprised when they do. Our training courses are unique and consist of a mixture of humour, anecdotes, real life examples and of course the important technical stuff and safety information.

Attendees do not get bored on our training courses. (No chance of falling asleep !!)

Friendly.

We aim to put people at ease right from the start. We accept that in many cases a days training course is not something that people look forward to. Many of our usual attendees do not spend their days sitting down and we start right at the begining letting the attendees know that we understand this. We create an informal atmosphere and we aim to have the attendees talking right from the start usually about topical items (you know the weather ...). By ensuring that the course attendees talk to us we can continually judge their understanding and ensure that we do not confuse them nor do we bore them with facts they already know.

Interesting

We ensure that we deal with the important parts of the course by creating interest. We encourage the attendees to think about how things are, so that they gain a greater understanding. We talk about energy and the energy efficiency of systems which is of interest to most of us these day.

Relevant

Depending upon the job roles of the attendees, the technical topics discussed will be themed towards their activities or typical equipment that they work on.

Throughout, the attendees can relate to the topics covered because they will be dealt with by using equipment that they are familiar with.

Deals with Safety

It's important with any skill to be aware of the dangers and of course the safe working practices. It is always part of all our training courses to ensure that not only can the attendees learn new skills but importantly how to employ those skills in a safe manner.

Years of Experience

We bring years of experience carrying out plumbing work and therefore have enough stories of problems and how they can be rectified.
